| Description |
You will manage Circana's relationships with clients - including in-depth analysis, presentations to senior management, and contract renewal negotiations. The Account Manager also understands the big picture in clients' businesses, and proactively identifies opportunities to apply Circana research to key issues. The Account Manager will drive revenue within our accounts to ensure continued growth and profitability as well as build partnerships with new accounts. This 18-months fixed-term position is a parental leave cover. Depending on individual performance and evolving organizational needs at the end of the term, there may be an opportunity to discuss a transition into a permanent role. Job Responsibilities - Drive Client Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client relationships by aligning Circana’s data and solutions with their strategic goals. - Deliver Insight-Led Solutions: Translate complex data into actionable insights that help clients make informed decisions and achieve measurable outcomes. - Manage the Sales Cycle: Lead end-to-end sales processes including prospecting, needs assessment, solution development, negotiation, and closing, under the leadership of Head of Korea Foodservice. - Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams (e.g., Operations, Product, Research & Data Science, and Analytics) to deliver integrated solutions and ensure client success. - Maintain Industry Expertise: Stay current on trends in Foodservice to position Circana as a thought leader and trusted advisor. - Build Strategic Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations, including decision-makers and influencers. - Utilize Sales Tools and Platforms: Leverage Circana’s proprietary platforms to support client engagements and solution delivery. - Achieve Revenue Targets: Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals through disciplined pipeline management and strategic account planning under the leadership of Head of Korea Foodservice. - Champion Client Success: Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing challenges, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering consistent value. - Support Innovation and Feedback: Provide market feedback to internal teams to help refine offerings and contribute to product development. - Advanced Analytic Skills: Demonstrated ability to conceive, manage, and deliver fact-based analyses, with a focus on consumer solutions, providing clients with clear, actionable insights to inform strategy. |

Requirements - 5+ years of experience within client services, client development with a research company, or Marketing Insight experience within a manufacturer or retailer preferably from the Food or Food Service industry. - Industry knowledge in Foodservices will be an advantage although not essential. - Competent analysis and writing ability - digests diverse data sets into cohesive and succinct stories both in presentations and word documents. - Successful experience selling in an information-oriented business and/or Market Research. - Proven ability to analyze customer needs and goals to generate thoughtful proposals that exceed customer expectations and expand revenue opportunities. - Ability to successfully manage many complex prospective clients and projects simultaneously. - With a collaborative approach to work, you are able to build solid relationships with APAC teams; and have the ability to network in the professional and industry environment. - Strong communication skills. Fluent in spoken/written English. - Strong presentation skills. - Expert in all MS Office products.
