| RESPONSIBILITIES |
· Conduct live games for online players in accordance with company policies and procedures. · Interact with players in a professional and friendly manner, while providing them with excellent customer service. · Deal cards, spin a wheel, announce various winning bets as well as card shuffling. · Perform Floor Supervisor responsibility on a rotating basis. · Quick and accurate handling of cards and other gaming equipment. · Follow strict security procedures and protocols to ensure the integrity of the games. · Assist players with the rules of the game and effectively answer any questions related to winnings, or other concerns. · Escalate any disputes accordingly to the company’s policies in an efficient and timely manner. · Attend training sessions and stay up to date with new games and industry trends. · Perform other related duties as assigned. |
